創作以個人近年的搬遷經驗出發，從日常生活看到的城市街景、建築工地去思考當代居住問題。

作品以「巴別塔」的文本作為引子，象徵權力（一元建構）、人類的貪婪，也有人定勝天的表述；文本的移譯性對於影像理解具有討論空間，也是世界各個都會區可能共同存在的系統性政治邏輯。影像敘事延續「建築」的動詞意象，試圖提問建築的內涵，同時藉由無調性的樂器即興演奏搭配在臺北漫遊所見到的各種營造現場，透過影像流動指涉移動於城市之間所觀看到的結構。
The creation is based on personal rental experience in the past 8 years. I think about urban living issues from the construction sites seen in the street. The video comprehensives journalism and anthropological perspectives to face the current social situation, combing through data, reports and journal papers from various institutions at domestic and abroad. The work attempts to discuss "housing justice"-- Do we really need so many buildings?-- but in a poetic way to produce artistic creations with hidden issues.
